We pride ourselves on offering:
We continually invest in our tools, training, and equipment to ensure your vehicle gets the best attention possible.
We also take environmental responsibility seriously. All oils, fluids, filters and waste materials removed from your vehicle are disposed of safely and in full compliance with environmental regulations.
If you ever have concerns about the work or service received, please speak to Callum or Gary directly. We're a family-run business — your satisfaction genuinely matters to us, and we’ll do everything we can to put things right.
All work must be paid in full upon collection unless credit terms have been agreed in writing beforehand.
Unpaid balances may incur interest at 8% per annum plus the Bank of England’s base rate, in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
All parts and labour are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first), unless stated otherwise.
Warranty excludes issues caused by third-party interference, negligence, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
If you believe there’s a fault, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll assess it promptly.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Estimates are provisional and may change based on part price variations or any further work found necessary during the repair. Charges may apply for preparing an estimate in some cases.
Any parts or goods fitted to your vehicle remain the property of Leeming Brothers of Haworth until full payment has been received and cleared.
We reserve the right to retain your vehicle after work is completed until payment is made in full, unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance.
If your vehicle is not collected within 7 days of completion, we may apply reasonable storage charges.
In accordance with the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977, we also reserve the right to sell uncollected vehicles after appropriate notice.
Any sale proceeds, minus the cost of repairs, storage, and sale-related expenses, will be returned to the vehicle owner.
If we’ve removed or loosened any wheel(s) during your service or repair, we strongly advise checking the wheel nuts after around 50 miles to ensure they remain correctly torqued.
Not sure how or want us to check them? Give us a call — we’ll be happy to help.
